All prices shown include a one colour print on one side of the garment, for multicolour prints or prints on sleeve or back, prices on request. Embroidered prices are for your design up to 9 colours/10,000 stitches in one position. Prices for promotional products include a one colour print on one side unless otherwise stated, for multicolour prints, prices on request. Prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to alter prices as market conditions dictate, without prior notice. Please contact us for your bespoke quotation.

For screen printed garments, the minimum quantity is 24 (which can be assorted colours). The print (ink) colour has to be the same per 24 garments. If you wish to have a different colour print (ink) for less than 24 garments, there is an ink wash down charge.
There may be some variation in quantity of non clothing items such as stickers, mugs, pens, carrier bags, badges etc. by + or - 10%; these will be charged for accordingly.
In the event of any garment or product being out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute garments or products of a similar nature and quality to ensure we do not delay your order.
All products are subject to an initial charge for screen making, embroidery disk or set-up. This will vary from product to product - please contact our sales department for full details. For repeat orders within three months there is no repeat charge, after three months however there will be a repeat screen or set-up charge. For further embroidery orders of the same design there is no repeat set-up cost.
All costs and quotations are subject to sight of your design. With a first order, we generally have to prepare your design to "make ready" for production. There will be a nominal charge for this. In addition, any alterations, additions or amendments will be charged for at our normal studio rates.
Goods are despatched via our dedicated courier and charged at a special rate.
Payment is based on pro-forma invoices. Upon receipt of your order, we will send an invoice showing the full cost. Payment is required within 5 days so as not to delay your order.
Credit terms: credit terms are only offered to customers who have successfully completed our credit application process. Terms are then by 30 days.
Payment method: You can pay by cheque or BACS, whichever is most convenient.
Delivery time will be dependent on a number of factors (we generally quote approximately 4 weeks). For rush orders required within 2 weeks there may be a surcharge to cover express charges incurred.
In the unlikely event that there are any discrepancies with your order, you must inform us within three days from receipt of the goods.
We will endeavour to resolve any disputes immediately. However it is not possible to refund or exchange goods that you have left unresolved for in excess of three months.
All costs quoted are exclusive of VAT. There is no VAT charged on children's size garments.
We are happy to send samples of garments and products for you to see. These are on a non-returnable, non-refundable basis owing to the high admin costs of tracking and re-stocking. (On the plus side, you do end up with some nice products at wholesale rates!)

Occasionally we accept customers' own garments, generally when we cannot supply the same. When we do accept your own garments to print or embroider, it is on the strict understanding it is entirely at your own risk. If your garments are damaged in any way whilst in our factory, we will accept no liability.
